This award recognizes an outstanding individual, 30 years of age or younger, who has demonstrated exceptional commitment to the promotion of philanthropy and volunteerism through his or her work in the community. This commitment is demonstrated specifically through sustained activity over a period of time. The individual acts as a role model in the community and generates interest in volunteerism in others.
